Hair Extension Terms & Conditions

• A non-refundable deposit is required for all Hair Extension appointments, including installations, retightenings, retapings and consultations at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. 
• The Hair Extension deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your hair extension installation or maintenance appointment.
• Once a new set of hair extensions has been installed in the client’s hair, there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Cancellation:

• We ask for at least 48 hours' notice, as a courtesy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future hair extension appointment if you give at least 48 hours' notice. This includes Installation and Maintenance of Hair Extensions.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment time, your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
• We kindly ask all clients to attend their appointments on time.
• If you are late to an appointment by more than 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
